About me
My name is Martin Kuetzing. I came from an artistic family and was exposed to photography from a young age. I love the capturing and preservation at a moment. Looking back brings internal enjoyment and joy for me, and those who are viewing the images. Photos are timeless and enduring. If you're capturing the beauty of a moment, the beauty, feelings, and perspectives are always there.
I worked extensively with medium format and 35mm film. The age of digital photography brought a whole new approach to taking pictures. I've been working with digital since the '90s.

What interests me are very natural-looking images of people, events, and landscapes. I prefer natural because I want the image to represent what I see, to capture the true moment in front of my lens. I particularly like doing portrait studies of people's faces, features, expressions, and situations.

Ultimately, I hope to focus the viewer's attention on the elements and features: contrasts and colors, that make you feel as you were there and give you a special feeling and say wow.
